R³S Software Suite 4.0 Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Reigate, UK – August 2022

Following the successful rollout of R³S 3.3, RNA Analytics has released R³S 4.0. This new software release focuses on the performance and functionality of the software suite, enhancing the overall user experience. Like the previous releases, 4.0 has been developed following the ever-changing market requirements and incorporates input from R³S users worldwide. With these new enhancements users can efficiently manage multiple processes, integrate with other systems and reduce overall resources required.

Version 4.0 brings many new enhancements, such as enabling users with the R³S Enterprise option to run most models using MPI distribution, along with a new 64-bit version of the R³S Modeler application including a new Ribbon. Further enhancements include performance improvements, new options to better utilize resources, new functions to allow more complex calculations and significant enhancements to reading in assumptions from external sources.

This release also enables an approval process for model changes in R³S Development Manager, enabling changesets to be reviewed by another modeler before they are checked in to source control.

“With the continuing movement of modeling from an end user desktop to centrally managed processes it is essential that the software used can integrate with other centrally managed systems. Enhancements such as those around external assumptions, and previous enhancements like writing output to databases, allow R³S to easily integrate with other systems, simplify how data can be stored and presented. Alongside this, performance improvements and other enhancements improve utilization of the centrally managed systems, reducing the amount of resources required and allowing more calculations to be performed.”
